JM will meet your organization where you are at. With an intensive needs assessment, JM will work with you and your organization to set attainable goals and strategize to create a plan to implement systemic change for sustainable integration of transgender health into your practice. Technical Assistance usually includes a needs assessment, walk-throughs, didactic trainings, goal setting, strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up to create a trans and gender inclusive clinic environment.
This process could include reviewing and revising materials and protocols to implement the use of trans-sensitive policies and procedures, intake forms, health education materials, bathrooms, branding, electronic health record work-arounds, hormone informed consent forms, surgery readiness assessment and referral training and resources, SO/GI data collection implementation, bed-side manner, and more!
